The History of Dresden Pottery
Dresden Pottery opened in September 1989. The idea for gift shops in Dresden came from the founder of the basket factory here in town. He suggested to me that Dresden would become a great tourist attraction and the time was right to become a part of it.
Dresden Pottery carries Salt Glazed American Stoneware

pieces, as well as a large selection of primitives, home décor, kitchen linens, afghans and quilts.
We are the source for Byers Choice, Jim Shore Collectible Figurines, and a retailer for Vera Bradley® products; we carry a diverse line of Vera Bradley® purses and accessories.
